An exploration of business management specializing and focused on agricultural applications. Units covered in this course include; leadership, agricultural business management, supervised agricultural experience projects, record keeping, entrepreneurship and agricultural issues. |

Pland & Soil Science | This course will teach students the practical knowledge and skills needed to successfully manage plants and soil resources. Units covered in this course include: leadership, integrated pest management, plant physiology, soil science & evaluation, supervised agricultural experience projects, record keeping, crop production, floriculture, greenhouse and/or nursery management, landscape design, construction and maintenance. |

Ag. Mechanics |
This course has been designed with the purpose of introducing students to the basic principles of agricultural mechanics. It will provide students with instruction in technical and basic concepts as well as hands on practical application and practice. Units you will receive instruction in include: career exploration, safety & shop management, shielded metal arc welding (Arc), oxyacetylene heating, cutting, brazing & welding, plasma arc cutting, hand woodworking & metalworking, power tool use, gas metal arc welding (MIG), project planning, painting, electricity, plumbing, concrete & masonry, agricultural structures, supervised agricultural experience projects and record keeping. |

This course focuses on advanced development of fabrication and construction skills established in Ag. Mechanics. Students must be prepared to provide their own projects. Other topics to be covered will include: metallurgy, career exploration, metal lathe work, tungsten inert gas welding (TIG), supervised agricultural experience projects and record keeping. |

Environ. Resources and Wildlife | An exploration into such subjects as; the history of wildlife conservation in America, history of modern wildlife
and fisheries management, the financing of wildlife conservation in America, natural resource management, wildlife habitat
requirements and wildlife identification. This is a good foundation course for any student interested in wildlife, conservation or natural resources.
